Communication Assistant within messengers and email
Instead of allowing people to add gifs or emoticons to their IM conversations, let them add automatically generated coaching questions
It would work the same way we can select a gif or an emoticon within popular messengers. Instead, it would give people coaching questions to choose from based on their personality styles.
